Die Alliance Automotive Group übernimmt Klapper Autoteile mit Sitz in Bünde
Klapper Autoteile GmbH ist ein Vollsortiment Teilehändler und belieft mehr als 1.000 Kunden mit Ersatzteilen. Der Großteile der Kunden sind traditionell unabhängige Wdderkstätten. Klapper Autoteile GmbH ist ein regionaler Teilehändler. Hauptsächlich vertreten in der östlichen Region von Nordrhein-Westfalen. Letztes Jahr generierte das Unternehmen einen Umsatz über 7 Millionen Euro.

Alliance Automotive Group ist eines der größten Teilehändler für Ersatzteile in Europa und soll nach Angaben des Unternehmens im Jahr 2017 einen Umsatz von ca. 2 Mrd. € erwirtschaften. Der Teilehandel mit Groupauto Frankreich, Précisium und Gef’Auto Marken in Frankreich, Groupauto UK, UAN und FPS in Großbritannien sowie Coler GmbH & Co. KG, Busch und Büge GmbH in Deutschland beliefern ca. 1.500 regionale Teilehändler und über 26.000 Werkstätten mit über 100.000 verschiedenen Teilen für die Reparatur und Wartungsarbeiten. Mit Hauptsitz in London ist das Unternehmen im Besitz der US-Investmentgesellschaft Blackstone sowie von den Firmengründern.
